Excerpt from Fourth,
“This short has been created from a lifetime of surfboards. Anyone can surf and the different angles and perspectives of every surfer form the very magic that makes surfing what it is. The idea was to show some of the real life characters we make boards for - Comp surfers, new surfers, adaptive surfers, big wave surfers.. .the list goes on.

The short was filmed, produced, edited, and casted by Orangegrove Creative. The owner of Orangegrove Creative also helped to start Fourth as a brand. This video is the work of a group of friends. The sound track is an original piece through Boyde Music . The words are written as an original piece for the video. The narration is by local theatre company Rogue theatre. The surfers have all been integral parts of the fourth surfboards journey. First scene is Luke Hart and his 7 year old son Jaxon. The pro surfers are Luke Dillon, Tassy Swallow, Angus Scotney, Gearoid Mcdaid all of which have helped develop fourth as a brand since they were kids. Adaptive surfing medallist Louis Sutton and his coach and mentor Tom Butler take the final scene. Louis because he has come so far as a person and a surfer since riding fourth surfboards and Tom Butler as he was the first pro surfer to ride for Fourth Surfboards when it all began.

The video is just the start of a collection of shorts we will be releasing that showcase the diversity of surfing through the boards that we make. We can make a board for anyone and that is the beauty of what we do for a living. We have all really enjoyed the creative process.
